What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans and Gantt charts across multiple workstreams
- Serve as a central point of coordination across Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Operations
- Lead recurring status meetings and hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines
- Identify risks, gaps, and interdependencies early, escalating with clear mitigation plans
- Operate with a hands-on, execution-first mindset to keep projects moving
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Senior-level project management experience (8-15 years) with proven ability to add immediate value
- Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning Business and Technology teams
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills, able to run meetings and drive decisions
- Highly organized and proactive, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
- Must have experience with Big4 firms
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with marketing initiatives, communications, or go-to-market readiness
- Background bridging Business, Technology, and Program Management
- Experience in fast-paced, enterprise environments
