What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide project management services to oversee technical implementation and coordination with Medicaid
- Ensure successful completion of end-to-end project work and management of all deliverables
- Create and manage integrated project plans, including tracking scope changes, risks, and issues
- Conduct negotiations with internal and external project teams
- Develop and execute training on project management requirements and facilitate project governance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Medicaid or health IT technical projects
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing comprehensive project management plans
- Minimum 3 years of experience utilizing domain knowledge in clinical, incarceration, student enrollment, workforce development, and Medicaid enrollment datasets
- Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating closely with internal and external partners and vendors
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Advanced education or extensive industry experience in health IT project management
- Previous experience with large-scale project implementations or extensive changes to existing functionalities
