What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
- Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience in healthcare IT environments
- Proven experience with health insurance operations and claims processing
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure, systems integration, and data management
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe)
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)
- Knowledge of database management, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycles
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities
