What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assume end-to-end ownership of an active, enterprise-level Monday.com implementation
- Manage execution, coordination, and stakeholder communication for the project
- Develop and maintain project initiation terms, ensuring alignment with the project charter
- Track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner closely with Product Owners and Managers to ensure requirements are delivered as approved
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, project management, business, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives
- Hands-on experience with SaaS or cloud-based platforms, preferably work management or collaboration solutions
- Experience managing enterprise-level Monday.com implementations or similar tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of governance discussions and executive updates
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification
- Demonstrated experience taking over active or in-flight projects and driving them to completion
- Proven ability to coordinate global, cross-functional teams operating across regions and time zones
- Mastery of core project management fundamentals, including scope control and risk mitigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex information
