What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead, plan, and execute technology projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
- Define project scope, manage budgets, and direct cross-functional teams to mitigate risks
- Track project status and identify potential issues that may impact completion dates
- Collect and document project requirements and status through written and oral communications
- Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proven ability to manage large and complex IT software and hardware development projects
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with ITIL and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP (or equivalent certification)
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, and business teams
