What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the full project lifecycle
- Manage projects of moderate to high complexity, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and integrated delivery schedules
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as necessary
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and contribute to process improvement efforts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3+ years of experience in IT, project management, or a related field
- Experience managing projects end-to-end in a cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment
- PMP certification (or in progress)
- Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodology experience
- Experience supporting application development, system implementations, or operational initiatives
