What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the Sr. Director's calendar, prioritizing schedules and meetings effectively
Assist in planning and organizing meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics coordination
Prepare travel briefings and itineraries for both domestic and international travel
Act as a proxy for communications and approvals, resolving issues within specified policies
Provide analytical support for special projects, compiling data and preparing reports
What Is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of experience in an administrative environment, with at least 2 years supporting a director-level principal
Expert-level knowledge of Windows desktop applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven experience in calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with executive and senior staff
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in the high-tech industry, with prior experience at the employer preferred
Associate's degree
