What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects
- Write and review technical reports and proposals
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations
- Hire and manage subcontractors while ensuring quality work
- Source new business opportunities and support client communications
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant environmental experience
- Proven experience with remediation and environmental investigation projects
- Additional certification (e.g., PG, LSRP, PE) strongly desired
- Proficiency in applicable regulations and guidance (e.g., PADEP, NJDEP, NYSEC)
- Ability to manage projects to completion within budget constraints
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, DOMO, and HubSpot
- Ability to provide accurate 3-month projections of resource needs
- Experience in compliance with billing schedules and Accounts Receivable management
