What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Review and analyze functional and design specification documents to identify test requirements
- Involve in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, and creating reusable test data
- Develop automation test scenarios and enhance the automation test platform
- Execute both manual and automated test cases, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze test results and trends using gathered data to improve testing processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Hands-on experience with testing in ETL and Data Warehouse environments
- Strong SQL skills and experience in testing SQL reports and paginated reports
- Experience with ETL tools like DBT and data warehouse concepts, particularly with Snowflake or similar databases
- Prior experience working on migration projects and handling health data
- Proficiency in documenting QA efforts, including acceptance criteria and test plans
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with automation tools like Validator
- Familiarity with Power BI and SSRS for reporting
- Strong experience in cloud technologies and XML
- Ability to work independently as a full QA resource across multiple teams
