What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze data and business requirements, translating them into technical specifications
Execute complex SQL queries against large datasets for insights and reporting
Conduct data mapping, profiling, and source-to-target documentation
Interface with business and technical stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
Utilize Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies in project delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst focused on data
Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries
Demonstrated experience in data mapping and profiling
Familiarity with modern data platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, or Microsoft Fabric
Strong communication skills for effective interactions with stakeholders
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools
Prior work experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP data pipelines
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and metadata management
Familiarity with Excel, Visio, and other documentation tools
