What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally
  • Follow communication scripts to address various customer inquiries
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions
  • Utilize company and client resources to accurately manage calls
  • Upsell products when opportunities arise and maintain a positive demeanor

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or support experience
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a call center or office environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to various tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with BYOD requirements and hardware/software specifications
