Shift differential of an additional $1/hour for nights and weekends
Paid training typically lasting 2-5 days
Flexible work hours, with shifts between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM (PST)

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Follow communication scripts to address various customer inquiries
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions
Utilize company and client resources to accurately manage calls
Upsell products when opportunities arise and maintain a positive demeanor
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or support experience
Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center or office environment
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to various tasks efficiently
Familiarity with BYOD requirements and hardware/software specifications
