What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage a high volume of incoming calls while providing excellent customer service
Follow communication scripts to effectively address customer inquiries and needs
Identify and clarify customer needs, providing solutions or alternatives as required
Access available resources to accurately handle calls and resolve customer issues
Maintain punctuality and attendance, ensuring availability during scheduled shifts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or support experience
Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center or office environment
Familiarity with upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies
Experience with remote work setups and BYOD policies
