What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Identify and clarify customer needs, providing solutions or alternatives as required
  • Access available resources to accurately handle calls and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance, ensuring availability during scheduled shifts

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3-6 months of customer service or support experience
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities
  • Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a background check
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in a call center or office environment
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience with remote work setups and BYOD policies
