What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead end-to-end project execution for complex installation tasks, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence
Collaborate with customers, construction partners, and internal teams to guide successful project outcomes
Develop and implement detailed project plans and coordinate cross-functional resources
Analyze project performance and risks, providing insights for continuous improvement
Support presales activities with technical expertise to ensure alignment with customer needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, construction, installation, or customer service in field-based environments
Proficiency in reading blueprints and coordinating construction and installation projects
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field
Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements
Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to work independently in the field
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in health technology or related industries
Strong stakeholder communication skills and technical problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with healthcare installation processes and customer relationship management
