What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Supervise and coordinate activities of a designated unit, including scheduling and workflow management
- Develop advanced knowledge of departmental business functions and propose system improvements
- Act as a liaison between the department and Information Technology to ensure project needs are met
- Oversee, track, and troubleshoot software development issues and enhancement requests
- Support the Sewer Billing team with system enhancements and new module implementations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Three or more years of experience as a computer systems business analyst
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, or a related field
- Ability to develop working relationships and provide top-level customer service
- Experience in business analysis principles and implementing process improvements
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with SQL and Visual Basic .Net programming languages
- Additional education or experience that substitutes for the recruiting requirements
