What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and deliver operational and financial aspects of clinical projects from proposal development to final deliverables
- Act as primary liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
- Lead clinical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management
- Maintain project information on databases and systems, ensuring readiness for inspections
- Prepare and present project materials at internal and external meetings
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and drug development processes
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic areas
- Flexibility and ability to mentor and manage new staff
- Familiarity with new technologies in the clinical research field
