What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the Study Lead and cross-functional study team in daily clinical trial operations
- Coordinate Clinical Trial Team meetings and document minutes
- Manage clinical supplies planning, tracking, and lab specimen reconciliation
- Track and manage study timelines using project management tools
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve study milestones
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development experience within the last 5 years
- Clinical Project Management experience in Oncology is required
- Vendor management experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good understanding of GCP and clinical research processes
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Phase II-III clinical trial experience
- Experience in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) is highly desirable
- Exposure to MS Project or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with systems such as CTMS/eTMF (e.g., Veeva Vault)
