What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects with multiple agile teams
- Define project scope and schedule, ensuring timely delivery of value
- Organize and lead project status meetings and prepare progress reports
- Mentor and develop team members while removing roadblocks to project work
- Provide leadership for release management and coordinate data management software upgrades
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years in a scrum-master role leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing
- Minimum of 5 years in a project manager role leading Agile technical projects
- Minimum of 5 years in large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams
- Strong technical knowledge in data management and analytics
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to influence and interact with all levels
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Experience using Jira
- PMP certification is advantageous but not required
