What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the collection and management of user needs from concept development to deployment
Develop requirements to improve tools and streamline processes for efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose large epics into understandable features and user stories
Facilitate planning sessions to ensure clarity and understanding of planned work
Assist in the use of JIRA and Salesforce applications for tracking work and managing user accounts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience as a business analyst for the federal government
Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and its application
Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
