What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the collection and management of user needs from concept development to deployment
- Develop requirements to improve tools and streamline processes for efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose large epics into understandable features and user stories
- Facilitate planning sessions to ensure clarity and understanding of planned work
- Assist in the use of JIRA and Salesforce applications for tracking work and managing user accounts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience as a business analyst for the federal government
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and its application
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- 4+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies and as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
