What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure project alignment

- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents and compliance materials
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, Finance, Healthcare, or ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA Certification
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based business applications
- Working knowledge of API integrations and data migration projects
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior business analysts
