What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Gather and analyze client requirements for the implementation of integrated pension and employee benefits solutions
Document business and operational needs within the context of implementation and workflow automation
Evaluate and map business processes, aligning them with data used across various pension plan management systems
Collaborate with solution architects, functional leads, and the development team to create and review new solutions
Build presentation decks and conduct solution demonstrations for clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
A degree in administration, computer science, actuarial mathematics, business analysis, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
4+ years of experience in business analysis, pension plan management, or related fields
Consulting or implementation background with client-facing experience
Proficiency in current computer technologies, including Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with pension administration or employee benefits software systems
Comfortable presenting to clients and being on camera
