What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead requirements management and work packages for low to moderate risk projects
- Analyze impacts to customers and stakeholders to achieve business results
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and clarify project requirements
- Manage project deliverables related to business requirements and ensure they meet customer needs
- Identify and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction throughout project delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with business analysis and project delivery practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with coding and knowledge of the credit card business
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Ability to mentor junior business analysts and contribute to team development
