What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Analyze and interpret data for quality assurance and reporting, identifying patterns and trends
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and expectations for data quality standards
Translate business requirements into user stories, use cases, and maintain documentation
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented
Review test results to confirm acceptance criteria and recommend enhancements to court business processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Eight (8) years of information technology experience, including three (3) years as a business analyst or court user subject matter expert
Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline with six (6) years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of experience; or Master's degree with one (1) year of experience
Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements gathering activities and analyzing business functions/processes
Proficient in writing queries and preparing documentation related to business processes and court operations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver information to various audiences
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Understanding of the Washington State judicial system and experience with Washington's Courts of Limited Jurisdiction and/or Superior Courts
Experience with Washington Court's case management systems (JIS/DISCIS, SCOMIS, Odyssey)
Expertise in planning, requirements elicitation, and managing complex solutions
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft 365 products, including Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Consistent demonstration of AOC Values - Integrity, Teamwork, Customer Service, Honesty, Communication, Respect, Accountability, and Trust
