What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze and model business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize business process modeling tools to create detailed process maps
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and document process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Six Sigma
- Deliver high-quality project deliverables while maintaining attention to detail
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Process Modeler or in a similar role
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Strong understanding of business process modeling notations, particularly BPMN
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or CMMI
- Experience working with state government agencies, particularly in DHS or Child Welfare domains
