What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead cross-functional requirements gathering sessions with various stakeholders
- Translate business rules and requirements into User Stories, System Process Flows, and Wireframes
- Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) between systems
- Create and assist in the development of user documentation and work instructions
- Support projects post-deployment during the hypercare phase
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry
- Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology strongly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience in collecting and defining business requirements and testing
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in Healthcare or Patient Services
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems
