What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide direction for mapping business processes using advanced methodologies
Design, develop, and implement complex data reporting and business intelligence systems
Perform complex data analyses and reporting to support decision-making
Serve as a subject matter expert for institutional and unit leadership on technology issues
Lead projects and provide guidance to lower-level IT staff on specific project goals and outcomes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
Proven ability to perform complex data collection and analysis
Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data into presentations and materials
Experience analyzing business needs and recommending relevant solutions
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities
3+ years' experience working with Workday or cloud ERP system maintenance
Experience working in HR or cross-functional teams
Familiarity with a higher education setting
Experience with ERP system implementation
