What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide direction for mapping business processes using advanced methodologies
- Design, develop, and implement complex data reporting and business intelligence systems
- Perform complex data analyses and reporting to support decision-making
- Serve as a subject matter expert for institutional and unit leadership on technology issues
- Lead projects and provide guidance to lower-level IT staff on specific project goals and outcomes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven ability to perform complex data collection and analysis
- Attention to detail with the ability to synthesize data into presentations and materials
- Experience analyzing business needs and recommending relevant solutions
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities
- 3+ years' experience working with Workday or cloud ERP system maintenance
- Experience working in HR or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with a higher education setting
- Experience with ERP system implementation
