What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the Credit Strategy & Management team to improve credit rules, pricing, and business processes
Gather and analyze requirements from key stakeholders using various elicitation techniques
Document and create use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, and data flow diagrams
Work closely with Program Managers and the DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment and operational support
Lead or participate in projects utilizing JIRA and Agile methodologies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a credit risk analytic role
2+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python and SQL
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in STEM (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related fields preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of experience in reporting systems like Sigma, Tableau, or PowerBI
Experience in Snowflake
Experience in auto finance with a focus on originations and operations
Demonstrated historical career stability
