What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements with a strong focus on Agile methodologies
- Compile and complete comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for complex initiatives
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through working sessions and requirement workshops
- Analyze the integration of business functions with existing and proposed technology solutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst, including hands-on work with business functions and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proven experience in creating high-quality requirements documentation for complex projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting government or public-sector modernization projects
- Business Analysis certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP
- Experience in quality assurance testing activities, including developing test cases
- Familiarity with creating operating procedures, user guides, and training materials
- Experience with tools like Figma for creating wireframes or mockups
