About the Position: The Sales Director provides leadership to the property sales team to position The Picerne Group as the premier luxury lifestyle multifamily operator in Southern California. We are looking for an individual who is strategic and who has a proven track record in sales. The applicant is expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills and communication effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new sales strategies as well as supervising residential sales teams. You will be tasked with identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. Key Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning and execution of all sales efforts for a 400 + apartment community.
Primarily responsible to achieve optimal occupancy, rate mix, and to maximize total revenue for the property.
Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performance sales team.
Achieve or exceed team sales goals including occupancy, rent growth, renewal/retention, and incremental revenue opportunities
Set clear, ambitious sales targets and track individual and team performance against goals.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the resident pipeline through prospecting.
Required, 100% onsite and weekend availability.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in multi-family or hospitality
Dynamic and persuasive sales skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and MS Office Suite a plus
Must have highly developed analytical and negotiation skills
Adept at establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
Excellent leadership track record
Superior communication, interpersonal and customer service acumen
Demonstrated ability to increase sales and penetrate new markets.
Team player with solid motivation skills

Job Type: Full-time Compensation: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary for this position is $80,000 annually, and up to $40,000 in potential sales commission. Location: The position is required to be onsite full-time at our Blu Laguna Niguel Apartment Homes located at 27930 Cabot Road, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. Weekend availability required.
