M.Sc. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field or M. Pharma (Specialised in Organic Synthesis) with 0-1 years’ project experience.

Key Responsibilities for Trainee Research Associate
- Synthesis, purification and characterization of chemical intermediates.
- Deliver small to large quantities of novel chemical entities for drug discovery.
- Work collaboratively in a team to drive chemistry projects forward.

Technical and Functional Skills for Trainee Research Associate
- Excellent knowledge of basic organic chemistry with mechanism.
- Good knowledge of Name Reactions & functional group transformation.
- Good knowledge of molarity, normality, equivalency.
- Practical experience in thin-layer chromatography, column purification and extraction.
- Good understanding of NMR, IR and mass spectrometry.
Behavioural Skills for Trainee Research Associate
- Interest to adapt and knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
- Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic research environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS-Word/Excel/Power point/Chemdraw)
- Good Soft & Scientific Communication skills.
