**Our Opportunity**

Come join the 1NA (One North America) Procurement Team as a Senior Manager executing sourcing strategies to enhance PepsiCo’s Dips competitive advantage in the marketplace (i.e. Sabra, Tostitos etc.). This Procurement role will engage cross functionally to lead strategy setting & execution as well as oversee stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process. Fresh Dips is an area where PepsiCo is taking big swings, and this role is focused on understanding and becoming a subject matter expert on our Sabra business (fresh dips leader!) so we can build on the amazing momentum that exists to expand offerings. **Responsibilities**

- Lead global sourcing strategy for a $60MM+ direct‑materials portfolio, developing category strategies, managing supplier selection, and delivering year‑over‑year cost savings through disciplined planning and negotiation.

- Manage the full 7‑Step Strategic Sourcing Process, including scope definition, market analysis (RFI/RFP), bid design, supplier proposal evaluation, and final recommendation to leadership.

**Overview**

- Role based in Plano, Texas, or New York City.**

The North America region continues to expand and integrate, resulting in the emergence of projects that will require PGRE to collaborate with the business and develop execution strategies for the regional pipeline.

On average, North America manages 10-15 office projects, totaling approximately $20 million in capital expenditures across R&D, NA offices (avg 6/year), and corporate sectors. Medium to high complexity (low complexity will be managed by IFM provider)

This role will be closely involved in the strategy and implementation of the PEPNA Transformation and office hub initiative.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with international stakeholders, developing processes, procedures, and KPIs, and serving as a liaison to ensure successful execution of PGRE's international supply chain and workplace projects.

The role will also oversee the relationship and provide guidance to regional partners in project management execution, including third party partners.

Here's a bit more about what your job will be. Day to day you will:

- Be the primary territory salesperson to all account types in the geography you are assigned to for route and or geography coverage, including smaller accounts like convenience and gas stores, small grocery stores, drug stores, and dollar stores, as well as large accounts like supermarkets and mass merchants.

- Provide an elevated level of professional selling and drive revenue share and profit growth by owning and managing communications with Store Owners, Store Managers, and other potential buyers.

Sales Manager - Away From Home

**Overview**

This role sits within PepsiCo’s Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team and focuses on PKI engineering and operational initiatives that support the company’s global digital certificate, cryptography, non-human identity (NHI) management, and encryption requirements.

The individual will have end-to-end ownership of enterprise PKI platforms, including Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), public certificate authorities (such as DigiCert), and certificate lifecycle management solutions.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the design, installation, configuration, and ongoing operation of PKI services across global environments. The role supports both strategic engineering initiatives and day-to-day PKI operations, serving as the internal subject matter expert for certificate-based trust, automation, and lifecycle management.

This position is based at PepsiCo’s FLNA headquarters in Plano, TX.

**Responsibilities**

- Engineering and solutioning PKI design and cross functional integrations

- Assisting users on submitting SSL certificate requests

- Managing and driving NHI discovery and management

- Working on Incidents, alerts, service requests in ITSM

- Issuing and managing both Internal and external CA certificates using cert management tool

- Assisting users to download the certificate from cert management tool

Scope of Position

The Maintenance Technician will provide maintenance support to production focusing on safety, quality, and reduced downtime due to breakdowns and stops.

Position Accountabilities

 Know and understand how to access and work on equipment safely and efficiently.  Perform maintenance tasks relating to preventative maintenance and breakdowns.  Perform work as prescribed by a maintenance order. Perform break down analysis (BDA) on major issues using the proper problem solving techniques and proper documentation of findings.  Complete work efficiently maintaining GMP and 5-S standards. Order required parts through the maintenance stockroom using proper procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.  Support AM and PM pillars. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the maintenance group. Willing to work overtime as business conditions warrant. Perform other related duties as assigned.

As a Sr. Category Analyst on the Sam’s Club Team, you will deliver strategic insight in support of PepsiCo Foods North America Sales Team with an emphasis on Quaker Foods. - Track carrier performance and troubleshoot any loads that may be at risk of missing requested arrival date.

Position will deliver to all types of customers including Foodservice. Drives the delivery vehicle and delivers product to the store. Market Equipment Field Associate Leader

Position is responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores (Grocery, etc.). This includes stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking and rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating products in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location.

This position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising and moving products. This job follows a consistent schedule with specific start times and customers (opportunity to attain different work schedules with time.)

**PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

- Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts

- Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf

- Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location

- Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)

- Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts

- Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition

- Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management

- Build customer relationships at the store level

- Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out, following designated route, etc.)

- Service accounts during designated times established by management

- Deliver customer service (e.g., communication, rapport building, attentiveness to customer needs, etc.)

- Ability to operate under minimal supervision (self-managed role)

- Use hand held devices to write/input orders

- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**

- 18 years or older

- Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)

- Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift

- Valid U.S. Driver's License

- Proof of insurance

**HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:**

- Working for a retail business or grocery store (e.g., understanding store operations, knowing the backroom and inventory, stocking aisles and shelves, etc.)

- Moving products within a store (e.g., safely stacking and moving products on equipment such as a u-boat, hand truck/dolly and/or breakdown, etc.)

- Merchandising products (e.g., filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive, rotating products, cleaning shelves, eliminating out of stocks and out of date products, etc.)

- Managing backroom/stock room inventory (e.g., organizing pallets, stacking and storing inventory or products, etc.)

- Serving customers (handling customer complaints, responding to customer requests, or meeting customer needs)

For positions that require use of a personal vehicle for a sales route, mileage reimbursement is provided.
