We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close deals. This role is focused on driving new business growth and expanding market share. What You'll Do:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Build relationships with decision-makers and executives across target industries
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts
Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and negotiations
Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline using Avionte
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success
Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s footprint
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of proven success in business development or outside sales
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets
Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and senior leadership
CRM experience
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary: $70K – $75K
Uncapped commission structure
On-target end of first year earnings of $90K – $105K+
