We expect our Site Superintendents to take full ownership of the project’s day-to-day execution, maintaining absolute focus on cleanliness, safety, accountability, and schedule adherence The Site Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for coordinating trades, enforcing safety and quality standards, resolving field issues, and driving the project to completion on time and within budget. You will be backed by a strong operational team and repeat subcontractor base to ensure consistent results Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, on time, and to
specification
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
Maintain a spotless, organized job site that meets company cleanliness standards
Conduct daily progress walks, log updates, and enforce quality control measures
Track schedule progress and proactively identify risks or delays
Enforce job site safety standards in compliance with OSHA and company policy
Resolve field-level conflicts quickly while keeping projects on track
Serve as the primary point of contact between the field and corporate office
Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and pride in workmanship
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or equivalent leadership role in
multifamily or commercial construction
Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule with exceptional safety and
cleanliness
Experience in Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) or panelized construction preferred, but not a
requirement
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to interpret and enforce construction documents and specifications
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Spanish proficiency preferred
