The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ticketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our ticketing infrastructure and ensuring a seamless experience for our fans and clients Responsibilities
Support end-to-end ticketing operations, including event builds, on-sales, and settlements
Assist with ticket fulfillment, inventory management, and reporting
Provide box office and on-site support for events as needed
Maintain accurate data entry across ticketing systems and internal tools
Handle day-to-day ticketing requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational alignment
What You Bring Required
1–2 years of experience in ticketing, live events, or related operations (internship or full-time)
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and reporting
Experience with ticketing platforms (Ticketmaster preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
