The Role
Peachtree Entertainment is seeking a strategic and performance-focused Festival Marketing Director to lead full-funnel marketing campaigns for our growing roster of outdoor music festivals. From budget management and digital media execution to creative oversight and fan experience, this role is central to ensuring our festivals drive demand and deliver memorable, brand-aligned moments for fans across the country.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day festival marketing liaison with artist teams, building strong, respectful relationships and ensuring smooth promotional alignment.
  • Develop and lead integrated festival marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and audience growth.
  • Own and optimize festival marketing budgets, monitoring pacing and performance to maximize impact
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with local and national media outlets, digital vendors and promotional partners to expand reach and local awareness.
  • Identify and activate new strategic marketing partners to enhance festival exposure in the community
  • Oversee creative output (websites, social, app etc.), ensuring campaign assets align with brand standards, marketing objectives, and consumer trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ticketing, fan experience and partnership teams to ensure marketing strategy supports broader festival goals.
  • Mentor and manage a team of festival marketers (managers/coordinators), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Monitor trends in consumer behavior and digital marketing, and leverage data to continuously evolve campaign strategy.

What You Bring
  • 5–7+ years of experience in live event or concert marketing, with a strong emphasis on festival promotion.
  • Proven success managing regional and national campaigns (paid and promotional) across multiple genres.
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Expertise in both digital and traditional media, including paid social, search, programmatic, radio, TV and OOH.
  • Strong existing relationships with artist teams, agents and venues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management platforms
  • Passion for live music and fan-first marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for on-site festival support and artist meetings.
