With a focus on country music and a mission to cultivate long-term, impactful artist and community relationships, Peachtree is poised to continue its expansion across the live entertainment landscape in the U.S. The Role Peachtree Entertainment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Festival Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the marketing department's efforts across multiple festivals, concerts and projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and has a passion for live events and marketing. Responsibilities
Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Festival Marketing Management Team
Compile advertising settlement recap reports for festivals
Develop and maintain organizational structure for departmental files
Code and process incoming advertising invoices
Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners
Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans
Research media performance statistics to inform marketing strategy
Work with internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns on various digital platforms
Partner with external teams to ensure accuracy of festival information on applicable platforms
Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)
Day of festival event coverage as necessary
Assist in additional duties as needed
What You Bring Required
1+ years of marketing, event, or administrative experience, ideally in the music, entertainment, or live events industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams
Proven ability to analyze data and report on market research and campaign performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced & high-volume environment
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
A strong interest in festivals and live entertainment is a must!
- You Might Be a Fit If You
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field but not required
Have prior experience in event planning, concert, or sports marketing
Are proficient in Google Workspace and have experience with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager
Are familiar with Project Management Tools such as Airtable
