We are seeking a full-time Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our Project Coordination department with tasks including bid procurement, attending site meetings, purchasing, inputting design specifications, and managing change orders. This is an in-office position - hybrid/remote work is not available. Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role (construction or interior design industry preferred)
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
