Role Description
Passing Puff Delivery is hiring a part-time Delivery Associate based in or near New Brunswick, NJ.
This role supports our delivery operations by helping complete secure, timely, and professional cannabis deliveries on behalf of licensed dispensary partners. Delivery Associates are responsible for following company procedures, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and operating with care, discretion, and compliance at all times.
The position may include delivery support, basic administrative coordination, communication with dispatch, order handling procedures, and assisting the team with smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned deliveries in a timely, professional, and compliant manner
- Follow all Passing Puff Delivery policies, delivery procedures, and partner requirements
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, team members, and dispensary partners
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers at the point of delivery
- Verify customer identity and age in accordance with company procedures
- Protect customer privacy and handle order information responsibly
- Maintain secure handling of delivery items during transport
- Support basic administrative and operational tasks when needed
- Represent Passing Puff Delivery with reliability, discretion, and respect
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following compliance-based procedures
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team
- Familiarity with New Jersey cannabis regulations is a plus
- Prior delivery, logistics, retail, security, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Must be 21 years of age or older
