Chief Financial Officer Park Evaluations is a fast growing, mid-sized legal technology and services firm. We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance organization and play a key role in driving growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value. If your background includes private equity, investment banking, top-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, L.E.K., Kearney), or a Strategic Finance/Business Operations leadership role — and you’re ready to step out of pure advisory and into actually helping run and scale a business — this is that kind of opportunity. What You Will Lead: -Corporate Development
Drive the full buy-side deal process: sourcing, evaluation, modeling, valuation, diligence, and integration planning.
Build a clear view of our market, competitors, and expansion opportunities.
Help shape our acquisition strategy and how we assess potential targets.
-Strategic Finance
Take ownership of pricing, unit economics, KPI design, and forecasting.
Build the financial and operating models that help us make disciplined, confident decisions.
Turn data into insights that improve margin, performance, and focus.
-Operations & Execution
Design and improve processes, dashboards, and operating rhythms.
Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Services to move key initiatives forward.
Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, high-impact projects.
-Leadership & Influence
Partner directly with ownership.
Help shape our strategic roadmap and how we run the business day-to-day.
Play a meaningful role in scaling the company from mid-size to market leader.
What This Role Is Not:
This is not a controller position.
It’s not FP&A-only.
It’s not back-office finance or a big-company environment with layers of support.
This is a hands-on, commercially oriented role where you’ll have real influence and real responsibility.
Who You Are:
5–12 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, top-tier consulting, Strategic Finance, BizOps, or Corporate Development
Direct experience running a deal as an acquirer — not just supporting one
Strong analytical and commercial instincts
Comfortable operating with speed, ambiguity, and ownership
Low ego, high horsepower, and energized by being part of a small, tight, high-impact team
Want to help run a business, not sit on the sidelines
Why Park Evaluations:
Direct access to ownership and decision-making.
The ability to shape a growing platform in a fragmented market.
A role where your work quickly shows up in the performance of the business.
