Introducing Paragon Strength and Fitness Paragon Strength and Fitness is a private, personal training facility located in Nashville, TN. We provide a premier experience for our clients in our state-of-the-art facility. Our programs include personalized strength training sessions, detailed nutrition plans, Inbody testing, and more! Paragon Strength and Fitness's Mission is to serve the community with excellence by improving one's physical, mental, and spiritual health. To deliver an experience to the client that can't be found elsewhere, we need a special type of trainer. We are looking for a trainer who has the ability to connect with others, who's passionate, well-educated in the field of fitness, and who is a team player. We want someone who is driven and has a strong desire to serve others. Qualifications
Certification as a Personal Trainer from a nationally recognized organization such as NASM, ACSM, ACE, or NSCA.
Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer, with an in-depth knowledge of fitness equipment, techniques, and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a passion for helping others achieve success.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
Execute high level training sessions.
Design nutrition plans, create workout plans, cardio and mobility workouts for designated clients.
Clean, study, or help out with other services during non-training hours.
Attend required meetings.
Provide information to Head Trainer on any issues/ updates with clients.
Work on client retention through discussing long term goals, recommending supplements, and support.
Complete assigned studying and present monthly to team on particular topics.
Perform check-ins with clients to give any additional support that they need.
Post on social media platforms weekly and tag Paragon and/or create content for Paragon Social Media.
Additional Requirements
Experience of 3 or more years in Personal Training.
Ability to train one on one clients and semi-private training clients.
Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and some evening shifts weekly.
Availability to work 2 Friday afternoon shifts and 2 Saturday shifts per month.
Part-time availability with the ability to work towards full-time if desired.
