As an Account Manager at Paradigm Marketing and Design, you'll be at the forefront of strategizing, coordinating, and executing innovative marketing plans and initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to achieve outstanding results and drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and review cutting-edge marketing plans and campaigns for clients.
  • Identify client goals and establish key performance indicators.
  • Support the Lead Marketing Director in crafting compelling messaging strategies, communications plans, social media plans, and comprehensive marketing plans.

Project Management & Coordination:
  • Coordinate efforts between Paradigm employees and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Direct activities to meet and exceed campaign goals.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement marketing plans and programs successfully for each client.
  • Assist in the tactical execution of marketing initiatives.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively report and share client feedback to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensure clients stay within allotted retainer hours or gain approval for additional hours.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relations.

Content Creation & Marketing Execution:
  • Create engaging content and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of impactful social media campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs across various mediums.

Team Development & Company Innovation:
  • Collaborate with the web team to maximize project profitability.
  • Oversee the hiring, appraisal, development, and management of the marketing team.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster growth.
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the current marketing environment, including social media marketing and advertising.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms, WordPress, social media publishing platforms, and Google Analytics.
