In this role, you will provide technical support to resolve hardware and software issues, troubleshoot IT challenges, and assist with support on desktop computers. The role will involve managing help desk inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions, and supporting IT systems and operations to maintain optimal functionality for the organization. Qualifications
