**Role Description **

We’re looking for a Senior Event Producer / Production Lead to step in as a true second-in-command on the production side of the agency. This is not an entry-level coordinator role. We need someone highly capable, proactive, organized, and confident managing multiple events simultaneously from kickoff through execution.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and can independently oversee timelines, vendors, logistics, client communication, and onsite execution while helping build scalable systems for a growing agency.

**Responsibilities include: **

- Manage multiple event timelines simultaneously

- Oversee production logistics from planning through onsite execution

- Build and maintain production documents, timelines, project trackers, and decks

- Coordinate vendors, venues, rentals, staffing, travel, shipping, and event logistics

- Lead client communication and internal production coordination

- Create polished presentations and visual decks in Canva

- Support creative event development and operational execution

- Troubleshoot production challenges and proactively problem-solve in real time

- Help build systems and improve operational workflows as the agency grows

**Qualifications **

- 4+ years of experience in experiential, events, hospitality, or agency environments

- Experience independently producing complex events from kickoff through execution

- Advanced Canva and deck-building skills

- Strong visual taste and presentation/storytelling abilities

- Highly proficient in Google Suite and project management platforms

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented in fast-paced environments

- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and take ownership

- Entrepreneurial mindset with excitement around helping scale a growing agency

- Approx. 30% - 40% travel required

- Salary: $60,000
