The Director Business Development - International, Licensing and Wholesale is responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy across global markets, wholesale partnerships, and licensing channels. **International Strategy & Market Expansion **

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, International Business, or related field.

- 8-12+ years of progressive leadership experience across international business, wholesale, and/or licensing within retail, fashion, or consumer brands.

- Deep understanding of global retail, wholesale dynamics, and licensing business models.
