**Role Description **

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aircraft Technician, based in Honolulu, HI. The primary responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, inspecting aircraft systems, repairing or replacing faulty components, ensuring compliance with industry safety standards, and maintaining accurate maintenance documentation. The Aircraft Technician will work closely with a team to ensure the safety and reliability of the Academy's fleet.

**Qualifications **

- Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance and Repair, including servicing, diagnostics, and resolving technical issues

- Expertise in Aircraft Structures and PowerPlant systems, with a focus on ensuring structural integrity and power efficiency

- Strong knowledge of Aircraft Systems, including hydraulics, electrical systems, avionics, and engines

- Attention to detail and commitment to adhering to safety and compliance regulations

- Formal training or certification in aviation maintenance (e.g., FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification is a strong advantage)

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
