We’re hiring a Store Manager for The Wine Outlet in Vienna, Virginia . This is a great fit for someone who enjoys leading teams, building customer relationships and creating a welcoming retail experience in a neighborhood-focused wine and specialty food shop.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, schedule and develop the store team
- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing and merchandising
- Manage inventory, stock levels and loss prevention procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and local vendors
- Drive sales and support store performance goals
- Maintain compliance with alcohol sales regulations and safety standards
- Support employee training and team development
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized and inviting
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of retail, hospitality or restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with POS and inventory systems
- Wine knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Hands-on leadership style with strong team-building abilities
- Availability for weekends and peak business days
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout shifts
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
