What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Monitor incoming Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) data such as blood pressure, glucose, and weight
Conduct routine patient outreach to encourage device adherence and proper measurement techniques
Document patient interactions and device readings accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
Complete delegated clerical and administrative tasks to support patient engagement and care coordination
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations at all times
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Active Medical Assistant (MA) Certificate or proof of completion of a nationally accredited program
Strong passion for patient care with empathy and compassion
Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-safe environment
Reliable, high-speed internet connection
Strong communication and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Hands-on experience in telehealth and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
Moderate to advanced computer skills
