What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate and manage daily operations, activities, and all phases of the research study
- Recruit and retain study participants, maintaining direct communication throughout
- Process and reconcile financial transactions for research participation incentive payments
- Collect, evaluate, and synthesize data for grant-funded research projects
- Ensure compliance with institutional review board policies and regulatory requirements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree related to healthcare, business, or project management
- 1-3 years of progressively responsible work experience in laboratory procedures and research techniques
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and relevant research platforms
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Minimum of three years of relevant research experience in a health science-related field
- Experience with statistical analysis software
- Familiarity with MSU Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) and Kuali Financial Software (KFS)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent judgment and attention to detail
