What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist the team in coordinating project-related activities, including surveys and interviews at various study sites
  • Recruit and enroll research participants for studies
  • Support logistical needs for interventions and evaluations, such as equipment setup and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate databases and project documentation
  • Conduct literature searches and assist with communications related to the institutional review board

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences
  • Prior experience in public health or health policy is strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn new tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of effective communication with diverse groups
  • Ability to work evenings and some weekends as needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bilingual language skills may be required, depending on the study population target
  • Previous experience in research coordination or related administrative roles
