What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist the team in coordinating project-related activities, including surveys and interviews at various study sites
- Recruit and enroll research participants for studies
- Support logistical needs for interventions and evaluations, such as equipment setup and scheduling
- Maintain accurate databases and project documentation
- Conduct literature searches and assist with communications related to the institutional review board
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences
- Prior experience in public health or health policy is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn new tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of effective communication with diverse groups
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends as needed
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bilingual language skills may be required, depending on the study population target
- Previous experience in research coordination or related administrative roles
