What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist the team in coordinating project-related activities such as surveys and interviews at various study sites
- Contact, recruit, and enroll research participants for studies
- Manage logistical needs for intervention and evaluation activities, including equipment setup and scheduling
- Maintain databases and project documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Conduct literature searches and assist with communications related to institutional review board documentation
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dependable, motivated attitude
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively relate to diverse groups, including patients and community members
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior experience in public health or health policy
- Bilingual language skills depending on the targeted study population
