What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Assist team in coordinating project-related activities, including surveys and interviews at various study sites
  • Contact, recruit, and enroll research participants for studies
  • Handle logistical needs for intervention and evaluation activities, such as equipment setup and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate databases and documentation related to projects
  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all study materials and data

What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a dependable, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups, including patients and healthcare professionals
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work evenings and some weekends; bilingual skills may be required depending on the study population

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences
  • Prior experience in public health or health policy
