What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Assist team in coordinating project-related activities, including surveys and interviews at various study sites
- Contact, recruit, and enroll research participants for studies
- Handle logistical needs for intervention and evaluation activities, such as equipment setup and scheduling
- Maintain accurate databases and documentation related to projects
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of all study materials and data
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dependable, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
- Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups, including patients and healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings and some weekends; bilingual skills may be required depending on the study population
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in public health, natural sciences, or social sciences
- Prior experience in public health or health policy
